In 1981 he moved to the College level eventually becoming a Director of Admissions. After a twelve year stint he returned to the high school arena to a position which he continues to enjoy today, serving as a Guidance Counselor. In 1985, Palmasani began delivering seminars on the College Financial Aid and Planning Process. He estimates in those years, he has delivered seminars to over 100,000 people.

Ron Weimer is an experienced Admissions professional, serving as Admissions Counselor, Assistant Director, and Associate Director for the last 25 years. In 2008, he was recognized by his peers, via the Illinois Association of College Admissions Counseling with the "Patricia A. Kaskowski Recognition Award." This award is the association's highest honor.

Ron's role with managingcollegecost.com is to serve high school counselors and students. He has made many presentations to students in classrooms about "The Economics of their College Choice," and is available upon request. Bill Christie is a seasoned professional. Although Bill spent most of his adult life outside the field of education, he has significant operational and management experience in the Engineering field. Bill contacts high school counselors making sure that counselors are able to navigate the website appropriately helping them explain the features and benefits to their students and those students' parents. Bill is also involved with much of the behind the scenes adminstrative aspects of the company.

Theresa Grossmayer is an accomplished writer and teacher. Holding teaching certificates in both English and High School Guidance and having taught English and worked with students as a personal tutor, Theresa supports the team as a publicist and classroom presenter. Like Ron, she is also available upon request to help students in the classroom learn the importance of common sense economic decisions that relate to college selection.
